At the Brazilian Show Room, we’re about you look fabulous in and out of the water. We take pride in our products for quality and value. If your new purchase isn't the perfect fit, we want to know.
Purchases can be considered for store credit or exchange if they meet all of the following conditions:
1) Return for "store credit" or exchanges must be made within 30 days of placing your purchase. We cannot issue store credit or exchange items after this 30 day time period.
2) You must have the original Brazilian Show Room receipt or a gift receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without either the original or a gift receipt.
3) Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition with original tag(s) still attached. We cannot accept any items that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition.
4) All tags, panty liners, straps and ties must be intact. We cannot accept any items without these.
5) Original purchase must have been shipped to a U.S. address.
6) Item was not a "SALE item". Any "Sale item" purchased are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges.
If your purchase meets every one of the above conditions (no exceptions) we will be happy to make the exchange or store credit.
To return items purchased online, simply send your item(s) along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. You may use a shipping carrier service of your choice. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
Items purchased from the Brazilian Show Room Online Store may not be returned for a store credit or exchange at any of our retail stores.
